A poem by Demetrios & Hilda Kastaris
Inspired by Psalm 150 (a poem not on the recording)

Praise the Lord in His mighty heavens. Praise the Lord with the sound of 5 powerful, roaring, gorgeous sounding, harmonious trombones (four tenor trombones and a bass trombone). Praise Him with eight Biblical Jewish shofars (Salpingas in Greek). Praise Him with an extremely long Steinway concert grand piano, Praise Him with the sound of the Afro-Cuban congas: (requinto, quinto, conga, tumba, and super tumba).

Praise Him with timbales, bongos, maracas, claves, shékeres, and the güiro. Let us praise Him with the Greek zourna, toumberleki, tzouras, and the laouto. Let us praise Him and with the Turkish kaval. Let us praise Him with the Armenian oud. Let us praise Him with the Cuban tres, the Puerto Rican cuatro, and an East Indian sitar. Praise Him with a South American charango (string instrument made from an armadillo shell). Let us praise Him with Irish bagpipes. Let us praise Him with resounding and clashing cymbals, with a soulful African American Gospel Choir of 300 members singing with immense feeling, let us praise Him with a dance ensemble. Let us praise Him with bright, twirling flags. Let everything that has breath, let everything that sounds and moves praise the Lord! Amen!
